Premier Family Health was excellent under the ownership of Dr. Apicella and Dr. Bago. During the nine years I was with them, it was incredibly convenient to have all my medical needs met in one place. After the practice was sold, I still had a very good doctor, Dr. Giselle Torres, who was part of Inovacare. However, when I recently tried to make a new appointment with her, I was informed that she was no longer with the office and that I would need to be established with a different doctor. I have been a patient here for many years . When recently looking to make an appointment I saw all the negative reviews and almost started looking for a new provider. Both the caregivers I usually see have left. I decided to go a head with the appointment. I was put with Dr. Torres and her assistant. From the beginning of the process starting with making the appointment, signing in, getting treatment, and checking out making my follow-ups. All things considered it went very smoothly. Unfortunately I have to get alot of medical care due to a serious accident and I see more than my share of nonsense .
