The wait time was normal, they provide the forms to fill it out when I arrived and as soon as I finished they call me after just two minutes. The technician was very kind and professional conducting all the examinations with real care and explanation. Finally the doctor took the final part of the appointment, review all the records, make additional physical exam and give me a final conclusion in my case with all clear words and explanation detailed
Very happy with my appt with Dr. Naids. Took the time examining me and then explaining the surgery process and the best lenses for my condition. Everybody in the office were very cordial especially the coordinator that took the time to explain all the pre op steps and insurance cover. Highly recommended
The attentiveness and polite demeanor of all the assistant who attended to me was exemplary. Treating me like family. Dr. Naids was professional through his examination complimentary as to my almost perfect exam results for one so up in age (80) . He even said that I fell in the top 1% for my age. Thank you Dr. Naids
