We had an emergency on Sunday night with our almost 15 year old daschund. Sadly, it was Piper's time to go. But, Diane was very thoughtful and kind. She handled everything and helped me with the paperwork. A few days later, I picked up Piper's ashes. Again, they were very kind. The office was busy, the atmosphere seemed pleasant. The office sent us a sympathy card with Piper's paw prints and nose print.
I live in Micco and I had to find an emergency vet. It was 1:30 in the morning and my 15 yr old Aussie had severe UTI. She needed to be treated ASAP. I drove down to Treasure Coast Animal Emergency and there was a sign on the door saying they are closed, but will reopen at 8 am. There just happen to be a young gentleman there that was doing some night work and he gave the Veterinarian a call and explained the situation. She drove to the office and took care of my baby girl. Who does that? I am forever blessed to have found her and she will now be my primary vet for all three of my pups. Thank you Dr. Cail. I am forever grateful. 🥰
