Today was my second time visiting Serenity Solutions. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will not ever go back. I had a 9 am appointment and at 8:36am (while I sat in the parking lot waiting because I was early) I received a text from the owner/massage therapist asking if I could reschedule my appointment until 3:30pm?? Clearly, I would have already left my home and taken the time to get ready and be presentable for the appointment. I responded with, “Sure, that’s fine” because it came from an unknown number. Multiple massages were ended short and still charged full price. Nothing was explain in it's entirety. I had one appointment that never took place and was asked "what I was doing here" never once was she apologetic my date was correct I set it in my phone the day we made the appointment together in person. Mixed information was told to not drink reverse osmosis water and then was recommended "Core" water which is labeled reverse osmosis on the back of the bottle. Never received final results for holistic consultation asked for a fair refund of half and never got a reply back. First massage ok, and for the full time. But next 2 times only 30 minutes at most. Paid for 50 minutes. Too expensive! And then to be cheated out of the time. Music loud and not relaxing, table not comfortable Not relaxing or good experience overall. Would not recommend
