I do not recommend this company Jim Rotts and Son, Kevin came out very poor attitude. very abrupt, rude and advised me he would not be interested in replacing a door. He had for others in my condominium community. 2nd bad experience. His servicemen came out to do service in the condo above me. He left and I came back after a couple hours. My A/C was not working. Discovered they backed the drain pipe upstairs which is connected to mine. I call this same guy, Kevin came out, he attempted to fix it, took pvc apart said he uncloged it and he left. The next morning I have no AC. Same problem. I called he told me to bad he didnt want to come back, he can chose what jobs he wants to do. His company was responsible. I called my A/C Company, Smith Services which is exceptional and they came right out fixed my pvc pipes which were leaking since Kevin Rott attempted to fix his companys problems, and uncloged the drain. I had to pay 300.00. Luckily I reported it to my Property Manager and I was reimbursed. Jim Rotts Son Kevin, is the worst service and attitude ever!! I've done 3 or 4 house updates and never dealt with with a company that was this unqualified and rude!!
I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing this company is. We had an issue with our air conditioning unit that we were made aware of the day before we got into town. They were ready to send someone in that afternoon. We got into town last night and the problems persisted. We called they came not just once to diagnose the issue but twice to get it working for us for the weekend until the repairs can be made. Absolutely blown away with their service, knowledge and helpfulness. I will ALWAYS be a customer. Great job. Jim and Chris thank you for getting this working for the weekend
I have used Jim Rott services since I moved to Vero Beach fl 6 years ago. this morning I woke up and my AC was not cooling.. I called the emergency service number at 8 am on a Sunday morning,, they had a tech at my house in 45 minutes and the problem was fixed,, in minutes,' and it was included in my annual contract.. could not be happier with service, highly recommend
