We picked three companies from research to bid and interview for redoing our very large shingle reroof. We knew immediately when we met with John, the company’ s frontman for the Company, that we would go with Modtek. We felt he was upfront, detailed and made us feel extremely reassured. Their pricing is very fair. We have an amazing roof that was delivered on time and the daily and post job cleanup was exceptional! Getting a new roof is a huge decision…. Totally recommend these guys!

We recently had a Standing Seam roof installed by Modtek. They were one of several quotes we received, not the most expensive or the cheapest, however the communication and follow up with John from the very beginning is what sealed the deal. He is extremely professional, communicative, responsive, and efficient. He does what he says he’s going to do. He was extremely fair and just wanted to make sure the roof was done correctly and we were happy with the final product. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs!
