Guests can feel safe and secure, thanks to the hotel's top-notch security. The food and drinks at the hotel are excellent, with a fairytale-like atmosphere. The staff are phenomenal, understanding, and compassionate, making guests feel like part of a family. While one guest had a negative encounter with a valet attendant, the hotel itself is great, and most staff members are friendly and welcoming.
