I have used the services of Greg Bertaux on a number of occasions. The first time was to help with water damage assessment on my home. The next was to act as an expert witness in a law suit over contractor errors. I hired Greg to do a full Phase1 inspection on a commercial property a non-profit was considering leasing. Finally, though not as yet active Greg was asked to do a complete inspection of a large residential community. In every instance Greg exceeded expectations, presenting a complete report on the engagement. For our home inspection, our agent gave us two names, but we decided to do a little research. We called several individuals and were glad to have chosen Greg Bertaux. He was professional, articulate and clearly knows his business. The home we had under contract was our first home in Florida and we were moving from the mid-west where issues are very different regarding home design and construction and insurance. Greg flexed his schedule to provide the home inspection when we were able to be in Vero Beach and it was a positive experience to watch all the work he did, how he did it, and to see firsthand all the things he found on our house built in just 2016.
