“I must give the owner credit for following through and resolving my issues. I had been using their service for a year with no problems until a few weeks ago when I had my designer scarves cleaned. As soon as the owner became aware of my concerns, he contacted me and asked what they could do to make it right. He followed through until my scarves were fixed. Attention to client satisfaction is superb. Thank you!Service: Special care fabric cleaning“

Touch of Class Dry Cleaning Dry Cleaners

“I moved to Vero Beach a couple of years ago. And while I have a washer/dryer in my condo unit, I am also over 80 years old. So, doing laundry is way down the list of fun things to do. I decided to bring stuff to wash and fold laundromats. Thought the large folding tables would make it easier to deal with my stuff. Not really. Then went to a couple of different places where they would wash and fold my stuff. One place returned my shirts so wrinkled, I had to iron them. And the other place would return other people's items to me. Then I found Touch of Class. A bit more expensive, but not enough to be a turn off. (TOC, this does not mean I'd welcome higher prices!) I have brought in stuff with some stains on my shirts and slacks, and they come out like they are brand new. (My old dry cleaner in Miami once told it would be best for me not to wear any clothes when I am eating. Oddly, restaurants frown on that behavior. Can't imagine why, after all, this 80-year-old bodies wrinkles are simply a sign of breathing long enough). I have also brought in trousers and asked for them to add buttons for suspenders. Done without a problem. But the absolute best part of their service, is last week I noticed, I was missing a shirt. I went in, without a receipt, and told them. She looked me up in the computer, made the merry-go-round run a few feet, and brought me my missing items. I am a finicky, old guy. I want my shirts with light starch and my trousers, including my jeans, pressed with knife sharp creases. And trousers can not be folded over a hanger bar, but hung from the waist. All of that stuff is in my computer file, so I do not have to tell them each time how I like my stuff finished. Over all, a Touch of Class makes my life easier.“
