I hired Clay a year ago to do some work for me. He didn't do anything, never returned phone calls, and the one time I did get him on the phone was incredibly rude to me. I've since had to hire another accountant but Clay refuses to take or return my calls and is still holding on to all my files, which I need, and my retainer, which should be returned.
