This agency has some really amazing and caring aides to care for the clients. The staff is knowledgeable, warm and caring. The scheduler does a great job at ensuring the caregivers and clients have exactly what they need in a timely manner and the director of nursing is great at resolving any and all issues that may arrive for clients. Kathy in billing is amazing at assisting clients with insurance questions and issues. This company goes above and beyond especially foe our veterans as well. Champion is the best. Meets all our needs. You can call anytime and they will meet yout needs. Helping you to work out problems. They treat there clients with respect. You can trust them. They are honest...if you need an agency call them.Jeffrey comes in the morning to take care of my husband. He is great with him. I can't say enough for all he does for Terry.Mary Green comes in the evening and meets all our needs. They feel like family. I don't have to worry.Alyssa fills in when one of the regulars can't come.They bath, clean, fold clothes, get snacks if I'm busy. Unfortunately my family had an unpleasant experience with this service. One of the women was kind and professional but the other women seemed to be either inexperienced or just unwilling to provide good care.
