I highly recommend their services! The inspection of the property was thorough and they provided a detailed report that was easy to understand. I give them 5 stars for the excellent job they did.
Natalie Jenkins, Carpe Diem Inspections, performed a pre-sell inspection for us in Fort Pierce. Natalie is highly skilled, thorough, and informative. She communicates throughout the inspection and completes reports with details and photo evidence swiftly. Pricing is fair and Carpe Diem performs their services as described and on-time. She arranged for the requested additional WDO inspection to occur at the same time so we only had to go to the property once. Even more important to my husband and I is that Natalie Jenkins demonstrates that she is a “good person”. Antonio was thorough and very detailed in his report of my home. He was very respectful while in the home and was very informative. I got the report back very quickly. Definitely would recommend!
