The service is great, my AC is running fine. I dislike the “hard sell” I get from your technicians trying to upsell me very y expensive components for my A/C every time they do a maintenance service though. I’ve been pressured to do services ranging from several hundred to several thousand dollars on units that are only 4 and 5 years old.
I recently had Air Docs install a brand new A/C system in my home and couldn't be happier ! The entire company was fantastic . The office staff was always friendly and courteous. Tommy came to my home and reviewed the best system for my home and budget . He was very nice and knowledgeable . Brad came out when my old system finally broke for good . He tried everything to try to bring it back to life. Once he knew it was dead, he quickly installed a window A/C unit to cool my bedroom down, so we could sleep . New central a/c and ducts couldn’t be happier.Joey installed a/c and ducts excellent craftsmanship and professionalism. Owner Josh came out personally for quality control it was amazing start to finish.
