I was just there for the first time last week.. I should have known something was not right when I asked for a rate sheet and she said that they don’t have one. When I got the bill today I was in shock how expensive it was. Oh well my bad for being so nieve for not insisting. They’ve lost a good customer.

The team was amazing. Friendly helpful people. On site factor too. This is much father from my home but my local cleaner, Le France, is awful. Rude, not helpful and have an arrogance that is a repellent. Venetian is well worth the drive.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. They are always professional and prompt. Usually, I drop items off and pick them up about 3-4 business days later. Recently, I needed something done for the next day, they were able to accommodate and did a fantastic job! Clothes are always cleaned, pressed, and bagged meticulously. I am, and have always been, very happy with their level of care and service.
