Troll Music is the best! They are always helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment they sell. I needed to replace my bass amp and two speakers at the last minute for a gig the same day and with Jim's help I was able to find exactly what I needed. I love that we have this store and venue right here in Venice.
Came down here for a repair I couldn’t get done at guitar center unless they ordered in parts.. and was expensive! We came here and they fixed it in MINUTES for barely anything! 5/5 for sure! Great vibes and friendly guys as well <3
Knowledgeable staff, good selection (especially for beginners!) and one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The associates, Dylan, Jim and Larry, are as professional as it gets. Fair prices, great service— if you haven’t been in yet GO! You will thank yourself later.
