Rob was excellent! Rob was professional and friendly, explained everything throughly. Made sure i was comfortable and covered me with warming blankets. I would recommend and go back again when needed.
I’ve been here a couple of times now. Both experiences have been great, the staff is courteous, friendly and comforting. I had no idea they could provide all the services that they do without having to go to the ER. They even do mammograms!
I went to Sarasota Memorial Venice Urgent Care the evening of Labor Day. I was dealing with severe shoulder pain and constant throbbing pain and couldn’t lift my arm. This was my first visit for myself, I’ve been to this urgent care in the past when my husband visited for a health issue. I recalled that he received great care, so I decided to seek medical care at the same place.
Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. Katherine at the front desk was very nice and checkin did not take long. Shortly after registration I was taken to an exam room. Lynn ( PA) bed side manner was excellent, she took her time and listened patiently.
