Sharp Development of Southwest Fl Inc

Sharp Development of SWFL seems like a decent contractor at first; until they're not! We were generally very pleased with the progress and quality of their work. They completed 90% of the contracted work and then disappeared. No explanation and would not return multiple calls, texts, or emails. We held back funds for punch-list items but I guess he didn't need the money. Which is interesting seeing how I received multiple phone calls from our countertop vendor that we (the customer) owed money for our countertop even though it was included in the contracted price with Sharp Development. the restoratins on my house suck. Tile in the bathrooms not even. Wooden floors have many flaws. Not even at places and dents in them. Looks like it was done by a handy man who just needed a job. Painting crapy and the owner has a real bad attitude. Can't even reason with him. Wish he would come and see the shit job done.refused to pay the balance and he came with a lien on my house if I didn't pay him. In all of this I was dealing with the the death of my my husband and I had to get the work done because my house got flooded. Had plumbing done and he was to do the restoration.
