Got a live person (Daniel) on my 1st call. He diagnosed over the phone. Turn around on repair was shorter then he said & laptop is working perfectly. Excellent customer service from Paradise Computer! Hope I don't need him another time, but I will not hesitate to use him again. Thank you!
Went here for a replacement liquid cooler for my cpu, it was replaced quickly and very reasonably priced. The owner even walked my rig over to the car for my wife who was picking it up. 10/10
PROBLEM: ERROR MESSAGE ON PC. “Boot Device Not Found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk.” WHAT??? I discovered quickly this was not something I could fix myself (‘tho I tried).Good research turned me to PARADISE COMPUTER REPAIR here in Venice (1832 S. Tamiami). Danny the owner is THOROUGH, COMPETENT, QUICKLY DIAGNOSED AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. He installed a new hard drive and did everything I can imagine to “clone” the old drive and set up the new hard drive, making the computer identical to what it was before it went down—and a whole lot FASTER!
