The staff, including Dr. Cottone, Alicja, and Carrie, are known for their professionalism, respect, understanding, and patience towards all customers. They provide excellent customer service and ensure everyone receives their full attention, making each visit a positive experience. Even with a busy schedule, they take the time to explain exam results thoroughly. One customer, who had a spinal fusion that went wrong, appreciated their understanding and exceptional service. Overall, Optical Outlets is a local eyewear resource in Florida, with over 50 locations, offering a wide selection of discount and designer eyewear and contact lenses at reasonable prices.
