Absolutely thrilled to share my experience at Lili's Nails and Spa! I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years, and there's a reason I keep coming back every two weeks. Lili and her team offer exceptional customer service that makes you feel like you're stepping into a family gathering every time you walk through the doors. I'm writing this review on behalf of my grandmother. On top of doing a wonderful job on her nails, the ladies here are beyond kind to their customers. One nail tech got my grandmother's car up to the front door while the other held an umbrella over her head so she wouldn't get wet in the rain storm. they then stowed her walker away. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for her! I will be coming here in November to get my nails done when I visit my grandmother :)
