I reached out to PurCor when I found out that rats had been building a sizable nest under one of my outdoor bins. Terrified, I was a bundle of nerves anxiously waiting for the technician to show up. To my surprise, out of the company truck came out lady, Emily Gautreaux, who, armed with trap boxes and baits, set out to secure my yard against such disgusting creatures. This brave woman, kind and attentive, knowledgeable and professional, explained the plan to me in terms I could understand and put my mind at ease. Charles was on time, answered our questions, and was professional. We are pleased with Purcor Pest Solutions quick response to our requests. When they come out as part of the normal scheduling we get advance notice, which is appreciated since we have pets. They are careful to answer any questions we may have.

A big thank you to Emily . We have been going through this rodent problem for over a year!! Not one tech could help us resolve the rodent issue. Emily has been with us for not even two months and she was able to completely eliminate the rodent problem find all the holes to patch up outside and go above and beyond to bring us to a resolution. Thank you Emily we are very grateful that you have helped us to resolve this situation..
