Hazeline is the most beautiful nursery! If you live in the area and have never been, you must see! The area is huge with a plethora of plants and trees. The employees are the nicest people and so great to work with!

Interesting place. We were hoping to get some information on sod and possibly landscape design. We were told by someone in the garden building that they don't have anybody from the landscape department on the weekends and that getting a design is very expensive. (Her words) We were told no one would be able to give us any advice on what we could plant where but we could come back during the week when they have their festival and bring some pictures, then maybe we could get some advice.They have a huge operation. We called ahead to see if they had the tree we wanted.An employee went out and checked just to make sure. It was a long trek out there but within minutes she confirmed they had one.When we arrived, she walked us out there and we bought it.They even helped us load it into our truck.VERY friendly service!We will be back.

Stephen Hazeltine is President and Owner of Hazeltine Nurseries, Inc., a full-service landscape development and maintenance company, as well as a 90-acre growing nursery and tree farm, located on North River Road in Venice, FL. Hazeltine Nurseries, Inc. specializes in designing and installing landscapes, hardscapes, irrigation, drainage and landscape lighting systems that transition the outer living areas of both residential and commercial properties. Stephen and his wife, Michelle, began their company in 1983. It has since grown to employ over 150 people and is one of the largest privately owned green industry businesses in Sarasota County.
