“Their professionalism and results are 5-star. I knocked rating down to 4 because the organization is corporately confusing. I've never seen or spoken to the same person twice (except both doctors Rubin and O'Neil). Any issue required calls to six people and six phone numbers. Additionally, I wrote six letters over six weeks to have issues clearly stated, documented and resolved. Not one letter was acknowledge nor addressed. The organization is a bundle of corporate confusion. That said, I'm satisfied as my eyes were fixed.“

“I bought glasses from the Venice walmart for 400 dollars at venice walmart They gave me great service and the glasses were very good Last year the Venice manager kicked me out of the venice store just for saying hello Lori so now I need a new pair of glasses But how am I supposed to buy the 400 dollar glasses with me being banned that goes for the drugs also Never cause no trouble with that store since I moved to Fl 17 years ago until lthe manager with her not so fit mental state gave me 12 month ban for saying hello Lori and lied to ethics with bribes and lies and now gave me world ban with the managers lies and bribes Now I am going up to osprey walmart to spend another 400 for new glasses Ossprey ignores the world bans and god bless them for that The manager bribed and lied to ethics to get me world ban Well how am I supposed to spend my 400 dollars to get new glasses when the mentaly not fit manager of venice bans me world wide just for saying hello Lori“

“So after going to Walmart in Venice several times, they couldn't get my contacts right. Doctor didn't listen or reexamine my eyes. The doctor was very dry. Eyeglass World did an amazing job. Doctor is super nice and was very patient with me. She took the time to make sure contacts were right and comfortable. Staff were also very pleasant. “I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Mark Johnson and his staff for my recent cataract surgery. At 72 years old with a very delicate eye condition, I was extremely nervous but Dr. Johnson put me at ease.Not only did I have a very mature cataract, but I was also extremely myopic with a -25.5 prescription - the highest on record at his office. This elongated eyeball made measuring for the precise intraocular lens (IOL) challenging. The measurements showed I needed a special 3-piece lens rather than the standard one-piece.Additionally, a previous eye surgery had replaced my vitreous with liquid, which raised concerns about whether it could adequately hold the new lens capsule in place. Despite the difficulties, Dr. Johnson promised improved vision but was upfront that he couldn't guarantee perfection. I appreciated his honesty.On surgery day at the Sarasota surgery center, the nurses were incredibly kind and attentive. They made sure I was warm and comfortable throughout by frequently providing heated blankets tucked around me at my request.After the surgery, I was overjoyed to be able to see clearly without glasses or contacts for the first time since getting my first -4.50 prescription at age 9! Dr. Johnson even called later to check on me.I am utterly thrilled with the results. Dr. Johnson's skills and his perfect lens selection have given me a new lease on life being able to see with my own eyes at my age despite my eye's complexities. I'm so grateful!
