Greg was thorough, informative and spent the time explaining why I had past issues and how to mitigate them. I’m super pleased with their service and highly recommend them. We noticed our main unit went out around 3:00 in the afternoon so we called to see when we could get someone out to look at it. Donny showed up about 20 mins later, made a quick diagnosis and fixed it within 15 mins. We've used Carpenter for years and are more than satisfied with the service we receive!
