Sadly, even with documentation, she wasn’t willing to be a responsible business owner and follow through with her commitment to clean my Airbnb rental. She knew the horrible situation she put me in and still did not do the right ethical thing. Her statement was that her business had taken off and didn’t need my business. Had Beth cleaning my parents apartment as it wasn’t lived in for about a year. Needless to say the house needed lots of love and very hard work! Beth did it all with a smile. Definitely using her services from now on
