“As a first time client I was totally blown away by Raphael’s warm personality and his attention to detail. He was very professional and made every attempt to understand what I was looking for. I can honestly say I walked into his salon with almost waist length hair, very straight, no body. I really wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, which isn’t unusual for me ?‍♀️. I was pleased with Raphael’s thorough explanations of what I would be able to achieve with removing a fair amount of length and adding layers. Don’t get me wrong, Raphael was very cautious and made certain I was ready to cut my hair. I am absolutely thrilled that I made the decision to check out Raphael. I love my haircut!
