We have been a client of Dr. Maus ever since we moved to Nokomis three years ago. Dr. Maus is a very compassionate person who takes a personal interest in your pet. Recently we had to make the difficult decision to put our dog Misty down after 15 years. The staff were excellent and very caring. Thank you Dr. Maus for your great work. If and when we get another pet Ark Animal Hospital will be our go to for vet service.
Dr. Maus and staff are very professional, kind, highly knowledgeable & friendly. We recently moved to the area and needed to get annual checks & vaccinations for our corgi pups and are so glad we found Ark Animal Hospital for their excellent care (and given the fact that they were covered in corgi glitter by the end of our appointment because they were so hands on but didn't mind it one bit speaks volumes)!
I am AMAZED! The veterinary handled my powerful breed and made him calm!! No harsh tactics, he even tried to nip her but she still stayed calm and calmed my dog. VERY HONEST!!! She could have tacked on so many lab test but no not one was needed!!! She put her focus on the care and well being of the animal UNLIKE every other vet we have been to that is trying to upsell prescription drugs, flea and tick medication, and heart worm medication. Gave and prescribed Only EXACTLY what my dog needed and at his age of 10, no harsh treatments!! Highly recommend to Every animal owner. First HONEST veterinary EVER!
