Was given a good recommendation, easy contact,got back to me fast, $$$$ was given a good estimate compared to some others(18-25 thousand,came in under) crew was friendly and did a Great Job getting the roof done ASAP(before the rain)covered the pool so no debri got in, watched them clean-up around the house, wiped down the gutters,used magnet in the yard,blew off around the gardens. Very glad it's done and looking so good.Service: Roof installation

Excellent roofing company located in Rotunda, *******. Because of the horrible hurricane (*** ) here in October 2022 my house needed a whole roof replacement, like many people. I contacted A1 American Roofing and Sheetmetal , and they promptly returned my call and I also received an estimate from them very quickly. My contact at the company, ******, always returned my calls within a day. Additionally, when I had questions or concerns about the process and times and so forth and had left messages on the company's general phone voicemail I received a call back pretty much right away! So exceptional customer service. Now as for the actual roof -- ******** did a fantastic job , from tearing everything off, to putting on new plywood and underlayment and finally the shingles. They were professional, courteous, and absolutely cleaned up everything before they left. When I had questions they were answered honestly. They are a great local company that truly seemed to want to help people, like me, to repair our homes, following a bad hurricane. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or repairs. Finally, they were very reasonable as far as prices went, which also says a lot about them. I think personally that using a local company is wise. Now if I have an issue at anytime I can contact them and they will call me back and help me- and not leave me waiting as many companies do. So, thank you to ****** and all the wonderful people at A1 Roofing and Sheetmetal for caring and doing a wonderful job on my new beautiful roof!
