“I found Patricia via Yelp and called to see if she had any same day availability. She not only answered my call but was able to accommodate me for full leg, Brazilian and underarm wax. Not only was she accommodating and quick to respond, but she was super thorough and professional. I felt at ease, comfortable, and she was very detailed oriented. I would definitely go back the next time I'm in town and I will schedule ahead just to ensure I get seen by her! “This spa is run by a wonderful , hard working woman . Great service and they go above and beyond to make their clients happy. This was my 5th spa since moving to Brandon. I plan to make this my permanent choice. Spoke too soon. Had an appointment at 10am. Salon never opened until 10:10. People waiting out in the heat. Double booked for one person. When told her we had appointments at 10 the tech was very flip and rude and said, “Things happen!” The tone was not nice. This was not handled properly. The other person waiting told me they are never on time and she has mentioned it before and it falls on deaf ears.
So searching for yet another nail salon in Brandon that cares about their client's time and has respect.“
