In 2023 my Brother passed away unexpectedly. I was devastated. As personal representative for his Estate I now had the difficult task of selling his house. I live in NJ, but flew down to FL and met with Craig Kellner. Craig was kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. Throughout the home selling process there were many setbacks and requirements to update the house. Amazing team. I did a cross country move with a job that would not allow me any time off. From the first call and being set up with Traci, to my move in date things could not have gone any smoother. Communications was on point. I never felt once I was on a back burner, I even backed out of one contract. I felt like I was the number 1 client. Highly recommend.
Can't say enough about how professional everyone has been on Mike's team! They helped us sell our condo in Ocala in a week.
