The Man who came out was speedy and cleaned everything as far as I know. He went on roof as that where dyer vent goes out. he moved dryer and cleaned behind and cleaned inside and cleaned hose going up. Not sure what he used to do so. I did not watch. I have had some use the brush to go through with vacuum others use just vacuum from top down then bottom up. I did not here much vacuuming. He told me HOW DIRTY IT WAS!!!! I told him it has been 18 months and I routinely get done. Then he ranted how the "Other guy" this and that... . I really do not like when one company critics the other company. I explained how I do my dog towels in my dyer as well, he didnt want to hear...read full review
