Sage Cleaners - Production Plant

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Sage Cleaners has had my daughter's wedding dress since July - we paid to have it cleaned and preserved. They won't answer the phone, won't return my calls and still haven't returned the dress. I'm so UPSET and WORRIED that they lost my daughter's dress!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Barbara customer manager was so rude on the phone with me today and even hung up on me. Sage cleaners lost my husband's suit jacket 1 month ago. She told me they would reimburse me the price of the jacket. I went to Men's Warehouse and took a picture of the jacket with the price and sent it to her. Today she called and said they could not refund me but would give me a store credit. I explained I did not want a store credit and risk Sage cleaners loosing another piece of clothing. Also, I was told by her that that they would refund me on my last call with her. Barbara became very rude. I asked for the owner to call me. She... read full review
