Kevin is so thorough. Not only is he thorough he explained the entire process to a new home owner and mom. He is amazing! Highly highly recommend open to any questions, great communicator and nice guy. Would use again and again!

As a Realtor, having a great home inspector to recommend is extremely important. I have a few in my contacts, but McLafferty is by far my most preferred. Quick response times, very thorough, easy to read reports, always willing to answer any questions myself or the clients may have. I've worked with lots of inspectors in my 9 years in real estate and he is by far the best!
