Kyle, was on time and inspected my house thoroughly. He did so in a timely manner and took plenty of pictures. We had a wind mitigation inspection done for insurance purposes. As he left he said he would send us the report and also to the insurance provider, which he did. I would recommend TIC for your wind mitigation or whole house inspection.
Kyle was prompt for his appointment, Was very polite and finished in a timely manner. The report was thorough and also sent to us in a timely manner. He’s very professional and great at what he does.
Kyle stood out from the rest, easy, knowledgeable, friendly and quick. He showed up, informed me what he was going to do & why. As we walked throughout the house, he let me know what, why and how to take care of things in the future. He submitted the forms quicker than any of the other businesses & made it easy to pay. I highly recommend him for home inspections. Great attitude.
