They’re skillful, thorough, and make customer care the most important part of the process.<br><br>Showalter went above-and-beyond in helping my parents after Hurricane Michael in October 2018. They are fully licensed and insured to accomplish every task, and have earned the trust and confidence of everyone in our family. They're transparent with every task and provide realistic expectations so there are no surprises (remidiation, restoration, permits, gov't inspections, etc).<br><br>We did multiple searches for help all around the region. We looked at price, location, reviews, specialty, and Showalter was consistently near the top of every search. We contacted a few companies for estimates for the dry-out / saturation mitigation, demo, roof work, and reconstruction, and Showalter was the only company that had all the right credentials for every part of the restoration. They're the only ones that were available in a reasonable time, and they were clear about their techniques and their limitations.<br><br>Robert arrived to assess the damage to the house & property a couple days after we called them. He impressed us by communicating consistently and answering ALL our questions over the span of many hours including a conference telephone call with family and contractor friends. Though he had other clients, he made my parents and our whole family, feel like we were his only concern. He literally sat in the backyard fielding every question as if we were his only client.<br><br>Robert took the time to explain the whole claims process from start to finish in terms that every could understand. He explained how his services are applied within that whole process, and the details that are rarely discussed like the mental stress my parents should expect to face at times.
