I recently moved to the area and needed to go to urgent care. I went here because I’ve never had a bad experience with any BayCare locations. This location did not disappoint. All the staff members were amazing and helpful. Janae has amazing bedside manner. She prescribed something to alleviate the condition as well as referred me to a specialist. Most urgent cares don’t do that. This location will be my go to urgent care for future visits.
The wait time was not bad at all even though it was busy. All of the staff was kind and personable. I did not feel like just a patient. I felt like THE patient. It is refreshing to have that especially with medical issue.
