With no knowledge of his medical history, I scheduled an appointment at Four Paws.<br><br>Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Leah, who was wonderful and informative. She patiently answered all my questions and recommended a comprehensive treatment plan to ensure Lio received the necessary vaccinations and preventive medications.<br><br>Dr. Concepcion then came in to administer the vaccinations. She also provided additional recommendations that were both practical and reassuring. Impressively, Dr. Concepcion spent 10 minutes on the floor, gently removing matting from Lio’s fur with a fine comb.<br><br>The entire team took the time to address all my concerns, and I left feeling like a very satisfied customer.<br><br>A first visit can often be unpredictable, but Four Paws exceeded my expectations.
