❤️❤️the Plant City office. I have always been treated with compassion and kindness. Keisha knows exactly what she is doing and that makes me feel safe. She and Christine are a great team!!! They explain everything they observe. Thank you for coming back to the office to see me on Monday. I don’t know many healthcare providers who would do this. I felt special and a lot less “itchy “.
I was there 30 minutes before my appointment was called back 15 minutes after my appointment time and waited to be seen for like another 30 minutes. She didn’t offer to prescribe and retinol said I can pick some up over the counter. I paid 75 for my visit if I wanted to go to cvs or Walgreens and search for retinol myself I would have saved me copayment and done it myself. I will not be going back there.
Great experience today! Mary at the desk was super nice and professional. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby at all to be seen at all for my appointment time. Once in the exam room, the medical assistant was nice and professional. I waited only a minute after she left and APRN Sanjani Patel was already coming in to see me. I feel like she was very thorough looking at all of my moles (I have a lot) and she recommended me some prescription wipes for my back acne. The office is also stocked with nutrafol supplements, skin ceutical products, and Alastin products which is great because I was able to pick up something I was running low on.
