We just had a massive water leak and learned from our utility company that we were losing 200 gallons of water an HOUR! We were absolutely panicked! We first called our home warranty company and the plumber they sent basically said he couldn’t fix it and to call someone else. We had a second plumber out and the guy was high in price, didn’t seem totally sure and comfortable with the repair and he didn’t have the tools needed to get the job done. And then a family member remembered using Dubois in the past and the great experience they had with them. They showed up within 2 hours of our call and we were so grateful they did! They are genuinely good guys with a ton of experience. They knew exactly how to fix our issue and got right to work. They were very fair in price and went above and beyond to fix our issue quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and even told us what to look out for after they repaired everything. Highly highly recommend this company!
