Charlie is probably the nicest man in AC work! In a panic having called multiple companies to diagnose my outage, he was the most honest and fair, without trying to up charge me. Incredibly competent and knowledgeable. He's a true AC repairman and small business owner, not one of the huge companies where you're just another number.
