Excellent work on time, Professional, and Fair Pricing. We called a number of shops. We have a Family Plumber for all our needs. Very thoughtful explaining issues. Turned out we did not have any. So Rocket Rooter does not over sell.

Brandon came out and went above and beyond! Needed our septic pumped and he not only pumped the fluid side but I learned there is a solid side and he took care of that too! Waiting on a quote for a new drain field but have them saved for future needs’. Thanks sooooo much Brandon!

Let’s face it - you never think about septic service until you need it, but when you need it, you REALLY need it. Late on a Sunday night, all hell broke loose at my house, the first time I’ve ever dealt with septic issues. I called Rocket a little after 7 am and they told me they would be at my house between noon and 2 PM. Around 10 AM, they roll up. I can’t tell you what fabulous service I had and they fixed the problem immediately. The price was surprisingly low as well but I probably would’ve paid most anything!
