The coaches and the community are probably the one of the most welcome and encouraging combos that I have been part of. From day one the coaches made sure that I was well accommodated but also pushing to stay out of the comfort zone to make sure progress was being made.

Was snowbirding for a few weeks and needed to keep my fitness routine going, so I needed a gym. Rich and everyone else made me feel like family the minute I stepped foot inside. Going to miss this place but I'll be back for sure. Happy to call Seven Springs my gym away from my gym.

Found my new favorite spot when I’m in town visiting my husband’s family! Looked up a few CrossFit gyms nearby for a drop in or two and was a little leery as I’ve never been to another box outside of my home gym in Montco PA. Was pleasantly surprised to see the stereotype of “CrossFit people” once again debunked. Coach Darryck was welcoming and informative and everyone was kind and introduced themselves and chimed in when anyone got stuck on a movement. I arrived about 15 mins before class during a coach workout session and met a few other coaches who were equally kind and chatted with me.
