I have always been impressed by the professionalism every employee has shown--from making appointments with the office staff to the people that come to my home. I have never come into contact with anyone from Massey that didn't seem knowledgeable and friendly. Most recently Shane Gerhold conducted my annual termite inspection and didn't hesitate to explain everything he looks for during the inspection. I actually learned a lot during his visit! My lawn is approximately 2 years old now and this year has already been difficult in terms of stubborn weeds. My services are spaced out as my yard is on the smaller side and has typically responded well to treatments every 2 months. I had to contact the company regarding a dollar weed infestation and without even asking they sent out a tech to evaluate my lawn and retreat at no charge.
