I originally left a one-star review due to how my membership credits were handled, but I am updating this after management personally called me and tried to make it right.
To be clear, I had six unused membership credits at Hand & Stone – Trinity, FL that I had already paid for. I was told I couldn’t use them because the card on file had expired and two months weren’t charged, which I was never notified about. I would’ve gladly paid if it had simply been explained that I was behind. Instead, I received a phone call that almost felt threatening, saying I couldn’t access my credits unless I paid.

Sam did a great job on my massage! He listened attentively to my needs. It was also important to him that he achieve the massage I requested. I definitely recommend Sam for regular therapy.
Today I got my first massage ever and WOW! Kendra from the beginning was friendly and professional. She made me feel so comfortable and by the end of my massage I could 100% feel how much tension was gone. I look forward to my monthly massages from now on. Front desk staff were professional and friendly too!
