Kudos to Dr. Lusk, Teresa, Justin and the entire staff ay Eye Site of Tampa Bay. I have seen many medical professionals in the last 3-4 years. Primary Care, Nurse Practitioner, Surgeons, Orthopod, Cardiologist, Oncologist, Neurologist, Urologist and some ologist I can't even pronounce or spell.
I place this practice at the top of my satisfaction list. I have never had such a detailed exam and thorough explanation of what's going on and a path to fix it as Dr. Lusk and her staff provided. I was surprised that the excellent level of customer service I received when I arrived. Over the phone I was slightly concerned since I didn't have the greatest phone experience ( left on hold for 9 min) but when I got there it was wonderful and i forgot the phone issue..Technician Mia was just phenomenal, so charismatic and really knew how to do her job and seemed passionateabout it. Dr. Muse was very nice and patient and I was in and out very quickly. The facility is really nice and clean . I'll definitely be back next year.
