They make the check-in process smooth and were happy to answer any questions I had. Dr. Miller is absolutely incredible. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he treats. His attention to detail and thorough explanation made me feel completely at ease. Lulu was in the best hands, and it was clear that Dr. Miller is passionate about providing top notch care. “I love Bayshore and my dog’s doctor, Dr. Learning. He has taken such great care of “us”! After we made it through Hurricane Helene, then Milton, stuck on the island with nothing for days, my little old Yorkie made it through, we were both worse from the wear. I took her in for a bath, no water at home, , and her goopy eyes, looking pretty beat up. I told Dr Learning that a few people wanted me to put her to sleep, he said, “No, after what she’s been through and survived with congestive heart failure, not today. They gave her a bath, gave me meds for her eyes, and he gave me a hug, and told me to drive careful to my brother’s house a couple hundred miles away. I’m so happy he was there for me! Her little eyes are sparkling again, he coat is good, and I took her for a walk just the other night!

“Everything from start to finish! The Dr. and tech working with him were both great. They took care of an extremely terrible ear infection my Mom's dog had been having trouble curing. He had come to stay with us and needed care, but didn't have an established vet in this area. I contacted Midway Mobile and they were quick to say they could help. We set an appointment right away. They kept in touch about their arrival and appointment time and handled everything on the spot. They provided step by step instructions about what they were doing and why. Thanks to them, the ear infection cleared in a couple of weeks and Riley was looking and feeling a ton better:). Definitely would recommend and use again in this type of situation.“
