Big shoutout to Pittman & Sons! A hawk flew through our pool enclosure and busted out a screen panel. Sent a message and they responded and fixed it in less than 24 hours. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Not the first time we have called and certainly won’t be the last! An excellent and top-notch company!
I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed / wanted. The installers and Regina were very patient with me, explaining the difference between screens. The estimate was even rewritten to include pet screens on the lower section of my pool enclosure. (Something I didn’t even know existed!) After installation I had some questions. I texted Regina and Garrett was quick to show up at my house within two hours to make sure what I was seeing was normal. The worker he had with him also tightened my hurricane cables that weren’t initially tightened due to a miscommunication. (No one’s fault.) I had an extremely positive experience with Pittman & Sons and I highly recommend them for all of your screening needs. The only issue I had (not really an issue because it was taken care of) was that the estimator wasn’t very knowledgeable about the different types of screens nor a netting that I wanted installed. However, I learned that he was new; so I can’t fault him for that. Everyone has to start somewhere and get over that learning curve. The fact that I was able to get everything done I needed to get done thanks to the knowledge of the installers and that Garrett was here immediately after I had questions, made this entire experience a very positive one.
Love my refurbished pool screen enclosure!!! They knew exactly what to do to make my 35 year old enclosure look like new. Workers showed up promptly each day, were attentive to all details of the project, and were friendly and easy to work with.
