Buyer beware all 3 of my sets installed incorrectly. After just a few months one set was not operational it had gotten harder & harder to move the handle. Joe arrived as a professional found and demonstrated the proper install. After correcting 1 French door he asked should he check the front door. Yep it was incorrect as well. Lastly one more door incorrectly installed. After spending 40k for windows & doors you would could expect a professional installation. Back to A1 they are great professional, affordable and timely. As a homeowner I almost ruined 2k in lock sets by not having a professional installation. I messed the first most important clue when the window installer's tried & passed the instructions up the chain. It's your money be aware...“
