100% regret hiring him. Owner hardly listens to what you want done and doesn't take any notes. He'll try to talk you out of your design choices for those that are cheaper for him labor wise but still charge you the same price. Carpentry was misaligned, amature at best, and had to be redone. We have a lot of tiles that are noticeably misaligned and not level with each other, which is shocking given the tools available to ensure this. Our boarder tile droops in the middle. I pointed it out to him and the tile guy, said they would fix it, never did. Lastly, there were a concerning number of gaps in the grout below waistline that were never fill which we had to take car of ourselves. For the money, I wish I had taken my business elsewhere.
Commercial grade work at residential prices.We hired them to remodel two bathrooms and wish we had went with their competitors. A demo guy quit working on one bathroom 15 minutes into the job, his electrician couldn't rewire a light switch, his wood workers couldn't square any walls nor make them verticle, and his tile guys spent more time smoking than working; to say nothing about all the tiles being misaligned. To make matters worse, the owner is incredibly rude and confrontational, and will accuse you of adding additional work because he doesn't listen or write down the work you are requesting to be done.Save your self the headache and hire someone else. His prices are not worth the quality you will have to live with
Josh managed a huge total remodel for me. Both bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, additional ceiling lights, add pendant lights, install appliances, paint and all new tile floors. He bids his jobs Labor only, and you are responsible for all materials. He was patient with all my questions and decisions. As another review said, he actually answers the phone and responds to your needs. I've gotten so many compliments on the finished work. He was understanding and easy to work with. And Autumn, his wife even gave me some opinions along the way. Thank you Integrity!!
