We built with Coop Construction in 2022. Mike and his team handled the entire process with ease, efficiency and proficiency. From start to finish, they listened to our requests and accommodated every change. The finishes are not standard builder quality. Mike and his team clearly take pride in everything they do and raise the bar for quality and service. You won’t find a better team in North Brevard, whether you choose a custom build or go with a floor plan he already offers, you will be thrilled you chose them in the end. Michael Coop and his team are seriously great. He is professional, informative, and easy to get a long with. He’s a straight-shooting and fair-minded guy with quality as his metric. His team was professional and helpful. This is a pretty crazy time to be building, but they got it done without any supply delays, and contract-to-close was 9 months. Count yourself blessed to have Coop do your project.

I have been driving around checking out newly built homes for over a year. I kept seeing "Coop Construction". I have many friends and family in the construction business and asked about Coop Construction. Not only did they highly recommend them, they also said he is a builder that takes great pride in his work. Coop Construction builds a gorgeous house. We had the opportunity to build a house and we are beyond thrilled that we used Coop Construction for our build. The process to get our house built was smooth and had zero issues. His staff (Candace & Tim) are very friendly and knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with our home and glad we used Coop Construction!
